We are seeking a Principal Asset Reliability Consultant responsible for applying key technical and domain insights, marketing perspective, and sound commercial judgment to develop asset performance management solutions for Honeywell Connected Industrials' customer base.
The Principal Consultant will have broad responsibilities including:
1. Providing thought leadership for Asset Reliability and Asset Performance Management (APM) product and solution strategy.
2. Conducting in-person workshops with customers to prioritize their APM journey, uncover needs, value drivers, technical capabilities, and assess opportunities.
3. Developing outcome-based asset effectiveness programs integrating Honeywell and partner solutions.
4. Supporting techno-commercial proposal development to enhance content, optimize costs, guide pricing, and improve win rates.
5. Tracking and analyzing the APM opportunity pipeline to provide business insights.
6. Reviewing growth opportunities through product development, partnerships, and integration with other Honeywell product families.
7. Assessing and providing feedback on product development needs.
8. Coaching sales personnel on product value propositions and customer engagement strategies.
9. Developing and championing sales training programs.
10. Coordinating engineering support for pursuits.
11. Leading proof of concept activities, establishing success criteria, and executing plans to improve outcomes.
12. Providing inputs for sales and marketing collateral.
Minimum Requirements include:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related technical/IT fields.
2. Experience in an operating company covering functions like Operations Management, Asset Integrity, Process Safety, Startup & Commissioning.
3. Experience in operation, maintenance, and failure diagnosis of equipment in industrial sectors such as Chemicals, O&G, Refining, Pulp & Paper, Power Generation.
4. Experience in reliability engineering, familiar with standards, codes, FMEA, RCA/RCFA, HAZOP.
5. Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
