EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant Alternative Provision - Manchester City Centre Full-Time | 8:30am - 3:30pm £102 - £115 per day Start Date: ASAP or September 2026 A supportive and nurturing alternative provision in Manchester City Centre is seeking a dedicated EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a specialist setting, supporting young children with additional needs at a crucial stage in their development. The Role: As an EYFS SEN TA, you will support pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage with a range of additional needs. You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging, play-based learning while providing tailored support to help each child develop socially, emotionally, and academically. Key Responsibilities: - Provide 1:1 and small group support for EYFS pupils with SEN - Assist in delivering creative, play-based learning activities - Support children with needs such as ASD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH - Help promote communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation - Adapt activities to meet individual learning needs - Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment The Ideal Candidate Will Have: - Experience working within EYFS and supporting children with SEN - A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach - Strong understanding of early childhood development - Good behaviour management and communication skills - The ability to build positive relationships with children and staff - A proactive and flexible attitude What's on Offer: - Competitive daily rate of £102 - £115 - Full-time hours (8:30am - 3:30pm) - Supportive alternative provision setting - Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in early education - Immediate start available or September start for the right candidate If you are passionate about supporting young children with additional needs and are looking for a rewarding role in an alternative provision, we would love to hear from you.
