The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate and assist with travel and administration. We are looking for a real team player, who is able to efficiently work with colleagues to create a smooth and successful operation.
The role is based within the Business Administration Division and is responsible for organising and coordinating multiple disciplines including full administration and accurate procedures in order to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency. This is a varied role which requires a flexible and self-motivated individual who enjoys working within a varied environment.
Responsibilities include:
Full coordination and management of Race/Factory Team uniform Stock control and distribution as and when new uniforms are prepared and collection and disposal when they are outdated or
at the end of the season.
Full travel support, including the coordination and booking of worldwide flights, accommodation, VISAs and transport.
