Job Title: Process Experimentalist Location: Jealott's Hill, Bracknell (Fully On‑Site) Contract Length: 12 Months Pay Rate: £19.76 per hour Role Purpose The Process Experimentalist will provide experimental and technical support for both new and existing processes and products. This role focuses primarily on particle science and powder handling, including compaction, flowability, and physical characterisation, while also supporting wider process technology projects in fine chemical processing and manufacturing. The position contributes scientific data and insights to global agrochemical production sites, ensuring improved process understanding, enhanced product performance, and more efficient manufacturing operations. This includes supporting solids‑state characterisation and offering technical interpretation to influence scale‑up and plant-level applications. Key Accountabilities Apply and uphold all HSE standards, working in full compliance with company, site, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and execute laboratory programmes to assess powder handling properties and particle characteristics under guidance from the Team Leader. Generate clear reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate progress and final results to project teams and stakeholders.
