Part-Time Cleaner – Banking Environment (Clacton-on-Sea, CO15)
£15.00 per hour | 5 Hours per Week | Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and trustworthy Cleaner to work within a secure banking environment in Clacton-on-Sea (CO15 area).

Working Hours
* Monday to Friday: 17:30 – 18:30
* Total: 5 hours per week

The Role
Duties will include:
* Cleaning office and customer-facing areas
* Vacuuming and mopping floors
* Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
* Maintaining kitchen and staff areas
* General touchpoint cleaning
This role involves lone working, and you may be required to:
* Act as a key holder
* Use an alarm system
* Use a telephone-based time & attendance system

Requirements
* Previous cleaning experience preferred
* Must be reliable, punctual and able to work independently
* Comfortable working alone and taking responsibility for site access
* Good attention to detail

Compliance Requirements (Banking Site – Mandatory)
All candidates must be able to pass:
* Basic DBS Check
* Adverse Financial Check
* Right to Work in the UK verification
Candidates must bring valid Right to Work documentation to induction. Failure to provide this will result in the placement being withdrawn.
