Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home Location: Cheadle (ST10), Stoke-on-Trent Salary: £37,139 – £39,702 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications) Hours: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week, on-call required with occasional weekends and evenings) Bonus Scheme Available We are seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join our team at a children’s residential home in Cheadle. This is an exciting opportunity to take a key leadership role within a therapeutic environment dedicated to providing exceptional care and helping young people achieve positive outcomes. About the Role As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home, maintaining high standards of care in line with all regulatory frameworks. You will lead and support the staff team, supervise senior colleagues, and help drive a culture of excellence, safeguarding, and therapeutic practice throughout the home.
