In this role, you'll not only shape strategy and drive pipeline growth-you'll also manage and develop a team of SDR managers, empowering them to lead their own teams with confidence and excellence. You'll embed best practices, champion go-to-market strategies, and ensure seamless collaboration between sales and marketing.
