Job Title: Sales Manager – Events Group
Location: London
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Commission
We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to help grow a leading events and venue business across festivals, live events, and entertainment venues. This is a relationship-led sales role focused on winning new business, building industry partnerships, and driving commercial growth across the events sector.
What You’ll Do
* Identify and win new business opportunities across events and venues
* Build strong relationships with promoters, rights holders, and commercial partners
* Attend industry events, festivals, and networking opportunities
* Develop pitches, tenders, and commercial proposals
* Support negotiations and help convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
* Manage and grow a strong sales pipeline
* Work closely with commercial, finance, and operations teams
* Maintain accurate CRM reporting and market insight
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience within business development or outbound sales
* Background within events, festivals, venues, or entertainment
* Strong relationship-building and networking skills
* Experience managing tenders, proposals, and commercial submissions
* Commercial awareness with a proactive sales mindset
