Marble Talent Group are seeking an Electrical Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Burnley, with the potential to transition into a hybrid position. The successful candidate will oversee electrical works across multiple projects, lead a team of Electrical Engineers, and ensure all installations are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role involving technical planning, stakeholder collaboration, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage a team of Electrical Engineers across multiple sites * Oversee electrical installations and commissioning activities * Interpret mechanical and electrical drawings to design effective system layouts * Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards * Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance * Liaise with clients, project managers, and trades to ensure smooth delivery * Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to project case studies * Support the training and development of team members, including NVQ progression Experience & Qualifications * Proven track record in electrical installation and team leadership * Strong ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings * Valid CSCS card with a commitment to upholding H&S standards * Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational skills * NVQ qualifications in Electrical Installation are desirable (investment available post-probation) * Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK Location & Hours * Projects primarily across the North West * Occasional travel and overnight stays may be required * Flexibility to work both day and twilight shifts * Twilight shifts: four nights per week (4:00 PM – 2:00 AM), with Fridays off for a long weekend What We Offer * Company vehicle * Fuel card * Company pension scheme * On-site parking & charging facilities * Flexible working hours * Regular social events and team activities About Marble Talent As engineering recruitment specialists, we pride ourselves on the ability to turn aspiring candidates at the beginning, middle or towards the end of their engineering careers into successful, professional engineers place at the right companies.
