About the Role:
* Full-time HLTA position
* ASAP start
* Deliver whole-class lessons in the absence of the teacher
* Support small group and 1:1 interventions
* Work closely with class teachers to plan and adapt learning activities
* Contribute to assessment and pupil progress tracking
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds HLTA status or has relevant experience
* Has experience working within a primary school setting
* Is confident leading whole-class teaching
* Has strong behaviour management and communication skills
* Is proactive, flexible, and committed to supporting all learners
