Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting a Sales Support Specialist on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Ayrshire. This is a fully onsite role, five days per week.
The position involves managing customer accounts, supporting both new and repeat business, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer accounts and support sales activity within an established client base
* Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth
* Coordinate orders with production and internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment
* Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
* Provide general administrative support, including data entry and record keeping
Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in sales or administration is advantageous
• Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven approach
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility to travel when required
