Alan De Maid Estate Agency are looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join them in Westerham. OTE £70,000.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with the Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
- Attract new customers and businesses while striving to achieve professional goals in a result‑driven environment.
- Walk customers through the entire mortgage service process, including giving advice on a range of products and services that meet their needs.
- Participate in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.
Qualifications & Skills
- Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
- Ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
