Salary: £85 - £130 per day (Depending on experience)

What Will You Do?
* Implement observation and record-keeping systems to assess progress.
* Support pupils with special educational needs, contributing to individual education plans (IEHCP).
* Evaluate pupil progress using assessment techniques.
* Support pupils' personal needs and encourage independence.

What Are We Looking For?
* HLTA / Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
* Experience with children with additional needs.
* Understanding of the EYFS.
* Ability to monitor and give feedback on progress.
* Knowledge of statutory requirements for children aged 3-5.
* Commitment to safeguarding and welfare.
