Key Responsibilities Lead and support a telesales team within a high-volume sales environment Drive team performance to deliver consistent, high-quality appointment generation Coach, develop and support individuals through ongoing performance management Set, monitor and deliver KPIs and sales targets in line with business objectives Monitor performance trends, identify gaps, and implement improvements Support lead generation activity and ensure accurate qualification of opportunities Maximise CRM usage for accurate data, tracking and reporting.
Provide clear performance updates and insights to stakeholders Support process improvement and operational efficiency across the team Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of new starters Manage resource planning and attendance to ensure adequate team cover Maintain product and industry knowledge to support team performance.
