The appointed teacher will play a crucial role in shaping learning experiences that build confidence, raise attainment, and develop the whole child. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver differentiated lessons aligned with the national curriculum. Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their best. Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as required. Provide pastoral support and promote positive behaviour. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and wider school staff. Participate in staff meetings, CPD opportunities, and contribute to the wider life of the school. Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies. A passion for child development and a commitment to raising standards. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. A sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
