Chef Manager – Ware
Location: Ware, SG12 0DJ
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the catering operation, delivering a high‑quality quick‑service dining offer within a contract catering environment
- Oversee and support a small on‑site team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day service and strong team engagement
- Work closely with the Contract Head Chef, ensuring standards, expectations, and client requirements are consistently met
- Remain hands‑on with food preparation and service, maintaining high standards of quality, pace, and presentation
- Drive an efficient, fast‑paced service style, ensuring excellent customer experience within a quick‑service dining model
- Build strong client relationships and support the overall commercial and operational success of the site
