Role Expectations:
Deliver high-quality teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and KS5 if applicable)
Follow school policies and maintain positive behaviour management in classrooms
Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom dynamics
Engage and inspire students to achieve their full potential
Effectively manage time and responsibilities in varied school settings
Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons (where required)
Mark work and provide feedback in line with school policies (long-term roles)
Uphold safeguarding policies and ensure the well-being of all pupils
Collaborate with school staff and support departments where applicable
Maintain accurate records of attendance and assessments (when applicable)
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (ECTs also welcome)
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive attitude
A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
