Our client is in the Telecoms sector and is seeking a skilled Python Developer to join on an initial 12‑month FTC. This is a hybrid role; the team goes to the office once or twice a week.
Responsibilities
* Develop, test, and maintain Python‑based software applications.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement new features.
* Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of software solutions.
* Write and maintain clear, concise, and well‑documented code.
* Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python development and related technologies.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Python.
* Experience with AWS.
* APIs / Integrations knowledge.
* Back‑end focused development experience.
* Database skills.
* Test‑Driven Development (TDD) experience.
