Due to continued growth and expansion, our client, a highly regarded and forward-thinking estate agency, are seeking an Area Director to oversee operations in the Bristol area.

You will be responsible for leading, growing, and developing a high-performing team, playing a pivotal role in driving performance, supporting business growth, and building a successful network of remote Sales Valuers, without the constraints of a traditional branch structure.

Drive revenue, profitability, and market share across your areaAttract, recruit, and successfully onboard high-quality talentIdentify and capitalise on growth opportunitiesLead, inspire, and performance-manage a remote team of estate agency professionalsConduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, and team meetingsBuild and nurture relationships with local partners and stakeholdersEnsure consistent processes, systems, and best practices are followedSupport, coach, and mentor new starters, particularly during their first 90 daysAct as a key brand ambassador within your regionBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of future team membersSupport and drive marketing and business development activityFoster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team cultureEnsure full compliance with industry regulations, AML, and GDPRTo be considered for the Area Director role, you must have:
