* You will lead with a safety-first mindset, ensuring full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies. Maintain a world-class safe working environment in all operational areas.
* Ensure that quality is upheld and enforce the company's Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure all employees are trained to required standards and champion continuous quality improvements.

* Manage operational costs within budget through efficient resource allocation and maximised labour productivity.
* Achieve on-time, in-full delivery targets by meeting planned lead-times and optimising workflow processes.
