THE ROLE Business Development Executive - UK We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive with a proven track record to join our dynamic business development Lead Generation team to follow up inbound leads, build client interest, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking to potential customers on the phone, identifying opportunities, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The role can be hybrid or home based (with occasional requirements to be in the office). The role will involve contacting CEO/MDs/CFOs and decision makers of SMEs to generate interest in AAB, to arrange meetings virtually or in person with our BD and Service teams. To be able to build rapport, objection handling and excellent customer service skills are vital components to be successful. CRM usage is vital. Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lists or sourced leads Introduce AAB's services to potential customers Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on set criteria Set up appointments and follow-ups for the business development or sales team Maintaining accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in our CRM system. Potentially cross selling additional services or products during appointment scheduling. Helping to transition leads to the relevant internal team member. Providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships with clients and prospects. Processing administrative tasks and assist in email follow-ups a Required Skills: Previous experience in a similar role with a Telemarketing element Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant tools Clear and persuasive verbal communication, including strong telephone etiquette. Ability to manage multiple appointments and track client information. Strong customer service experience with the ability to build relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a Team and meet targets.
