* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, high-level and detailed designs, configuration, and user guides
* Plan and manage system integrations, connecting HubSpot with key business tools and platforms.
* Analyse current business processes and identify areas for optimisation through configuration or automation.
* Ensures all changes follow the change management process and have been communicated to stakeholders.

* Provide day-to-day application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
* Ensure GDPR and data governance standards are upheld at all times.

The Candidate:
* Minimum of three years HubSpot experience in a development and/or systems administration role.

* Proactive, highly organised, and able to manage multiple projects.
* Keep up with HubSpot’s updates and releases, implementing new features and optimising existing ones to enhance CRM performance and usability.
* Experience working within Agile and DevOps teams. Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and backlog/progress tracking.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise directly with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
* Familiarity with modern telecom/ISP BSS/OSS standards and systems
