Allen Motor Group is looking to employ a Commercial Vehicle Sales Advisor to join our Transit Centre in Nuneaton. The role focuses on managing face‑to‑face and digital enquiries, maximising sales potential and providing an excellent customer experience. This full‑time position is a 5‑day, 42.5‑hour week with a £18,500 basic salary, average earnings of £45,000, uncapped commission, bonus and company vehicle, reporting to the CV Sales Manager.

Do I need experience?
No. We welcome applications from experienced automotive sales advisors, but we also look for people who are just starting their automotive career. The key attributes we look for include:

* Full UK driving licence

Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Handling inbound and outbound enquiries via email, telephone and digital channels
* Meeting individual and team‑based sales targets
* Guiding customers through the entire purchase process, advising on extended warranty, accessories and financial products
* Adhering to industry rules and regulations regarding the sale of financial products and insurance
