My client is a Building Main Contractor with an annual turnover of £60m. They currently have a number of construction projects ranging from £1m to £15m in the Northamptonshire region. They are seeking a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially manage these schemes.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A build main contracting background
* JCT contract knowledge
* Sector experience within Industrial, Sport & Leisure, Retail
