Experience/Training
Strong writing experience is important for this role, but you don’t need any prior personal branding or consulting experience. If you’re bright, hardworking, confident, and kind, you’ll do brilliantly here. We’ll give you all the training and support you need to feel confident, grow quickly, and succeed with us.
Role & Responsibilities
* Consulting. Lead 'content calls' with our clients, asking the right questions to uncover insights that inspire compelling, strategic content. Interact multiple times a week with clients, answering questions and keeping them informed.
* Copywriting. Write intelligent, strategic and appealing thought leadership content for clients’ LinkedIn.
* Relationship management. Build, nurture, retain, and grow client relationships.
* Research. Monitor industry and cultural trends to craft reactive content.
* Reporting. Report weekly to your line manager and other relevant stakeholders.
* Business initiative. Proactively support the wider business, your peers, and the leadership team in making process improvements, implementing change, and evolving our culture.

Practical Expectations
* Role is full-time (5 days / 40 hours per week).
* Flexible working hours and location — we care about output, not where or when you log in.
* This role is offered on a self-employed contractor basis. We provide full setup guidance and ongoing support to ensure a smooth working relationship.
