Overview
We’re on a mission to change unhealthy, sedentary lifestyles and are seeking a CRM Executive to drive the implementation and optimisation of Vivobarefoot’s global CRM marketing across email, SMS, referral and loyalty programs. You will join a high-performing CRM team focused on creating meaningful, long-term customer value through connected experiences – from personalised, data-led CRM campaigns to behavioural lifecycle communications and our new loyalty program.
Responsibilities
* Own the execution and optimisation of the CRM marketing strategy across email, SMS, refer a friend, and web touchpoints.
* Plan and execute CRM campaigns across channels, managing a global CRM calendar.
* Align campaigns with brand & product marketing calendars (brand campaigns, community events, seasonal promotions, product launches, tech releases).
* Project manage the creative process with in-house creative studio to generate content for Email, SMS and Web, by leading creative briefings and timelines.
* Monitor campaign performance for continuous improvement, including A/B testing.
* Attend campaign strategy meetings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to devise CRM activation plans.
Customer Data & Segmentation
* Use customer data (purchase history, browsing behaviour, demographics, preferences, zero-party data) to create detailed customer segments.
* Target customer segments with personalised offers, content and campaigns.
* Maintain CRM databases to ensure clean, accurate, and updated customer data.
* Collaborate with the CRM team to derive insights from CRM data (e.g., cohort behavioural analysis, campaign attribution funnels, customer lifetime value, churn risk).
* Support the implementation and maintenance of CRM tools and platforms.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
* Track key KPIs related to CRM channel engagement and CRM conversion rates.
* Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour to continuously improve CRM campaigns.
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports with qualitative and quantitative insights for business stakeholders.
Collaboration With Other Teams
* Collaborate with brand, product, design, ecommerce, merchandise and tech teams to align planned CRM campaigns.
* Coordinate with Community, Retail, Event, PR and Social teams to enrich CRM content and activation plans.
* Host weekly meetings with key stakeholders to implement CRM campaigns (e.g., in-house creative studio, brand managers, CRM team lead).
* Ensure CRM campaigns support broader business goals (brand awareness, community growth, revenue growth).
All About You
* 2-3 years’ experience in CRM in a D2C e-commerce or retail brand.
* Hands-on experience with CRM/email marketing tools (e.g., Bloomreach, Salesforce, Ometria, Klaviyo).
* Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio or Tableau is a plus.
* Proven experience in self-managing and implementing email & SMS campaigns.
* Understanding of customer lifecycle stages and how to influence behaviour through messaging and email content design.
* Confident applying customer segmentation and tailoring personalised email & SMS content.
* Proven proficiency in analysing campaign performance and using data to optimise results; familiarity with A/B testing.
* Hands-on experience managing email marketing for multiple markets/languages is a plus (not mandatory).
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to pivot and adapt plans in real time.
