Part time Administrative Assistant
Portsmouth
Permanent - Part time 16 hours
£13 per hour.
ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of Part time Admin Assistant.
*** Please be aware this is a part time position working 16 hours per week ***
Responsibilities:
Scanning of documents
Answering of telephone calls and filtering these to the correct personnel
Chasing of outstanding purchase orders for both goods that are overdue and goods that are due soon and updating the order accordingly
General Filing
Meeting and greeting of visitors
Data Input
Administrative support to office staff
To conduct yourself in a professional way during your working day to colleagues and superiors
Any other duties requested by other members of the company as required (to include deputising for colleagues in periods of absence)
Requirements:
Strong Administrative skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages including Work and Excel.
Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
High level of organisational skills
