In order to further support our customers in the Leeds area, we are currently looking for a condition monitoring lubrication technician.
Responsibilities
* Carry out periodic lubrication of customer assets, ensuring correct lubricants are present and stored properly.
* Support Reliability Engineers in implementing and improving our services.
* Report visual inspections, such as leaks or other issues that can benefit reliability.
* Perform lubrication routes, possibly with ultrasonic measuring devices, and suggest improvements to PdM Engineers.
* Execute oil changes, check filter systems, and suggest improvements.
* Perform all lubrication tasks according to Best Practices, including sampling for analysis, with training provided by I-care.
Who are you?
The role involves working on rotating mechanical and electrical parts of machines, requiring basic electrical knowledge and broader mechanical knowledge.
* Technical training or experience in electromechanical fields.
* Ability to work independently and responsibly.
* Flexibility to work in a dynamic team.
* Machinery Lubrication Technician Level or willingness to obtain certification (training provided).
* Experience with industrial lubrication is an advantage.
* Willingness to travel across the UK, especially around Liverpool.
