Telesales Account Manager
Location: Tamworth
Salary: £26,000.00 base, OTE £43,947.00, uncapped commission.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm – no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications / Requirements
* Experience in telesales.
* Ability to build rapport with business customers.
* Strong listening skills and ability to identify needs.
* Experience selling contractual services.
* Organised and adept at closing sales.
* Honesty, integrity, and a positive can‑do attitude.
Responsibilities
* Calling existing business customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and grow the number of services they use.
* Listening to and resolving queries or cancellations, and offering solutions to retain business.
* Serving as the industry expert for customers, selling products consultatively.
* Managing accounts: inbound calls/emails and updating details in the CRM.
* Achieving set targets and KPIs (daily, weekly, periodically).

* Guaranteed base salary of £26,000.00.
