Bank Administrator | Spire Kings Lynn Clinic | AdHoc Shifts | Mon - Fri

Spire's new clinic in King's Lynn (Norfolk) is looking for a Bank Administrator to join our team. The clinic opened inSeptember 2025, and we are seeking an individual who can support us during busy periods, sickness, annual leave, and ongoing service growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, reliable person who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and can provide high-quality administrative support.

Duties & Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to the clinic team
Managing patient records and appointments
Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally
Supporting day‑to‑day clinic operations to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintaining confidentiality and accurate documentation at all times

Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday 8am - 18:00pm

Who We're Looking For

Previous experience in an administrative environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using IT systems
Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
Enthusiastic and personable
