We are looking for a warm, professional and passionate Spa Therapist to join our friendly and supportive team.
This is a permanent, full time position offering stability and structure within a calm, welcoming environment, with a strong focus on work life balance.

The Role
This role is for a Spa Therapist within the Wellbeing Spa at Gwel an Mor Resort in the beautiful village of Portreath.
You will deliver a range of treatments to a high professional standard, ensuring every guest feels welcome, relaxed and genuinely cared for.
The role requires confidence to work independently when needed, while remaining supported as part of the spa team.
You will also:
* Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene throughout the spa
* Follow all company health and safety procedures and cleaning protocols
* Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are consistently safe, clean and professional
* Provide thoughtful treatment recommendations and retail advice tailored to each client
* Contribute to a calm, friendly and professional atmosphere
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* NVQ Level 3 Beauty/Spa Therapy qualified
* Warm, friendly and approachable
* Passionate about the spa industry and delivering excellent customer service
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* Self-motivated and highly reliable
* Calm under pressure
* A good listener who can tailor treatments to individual client needs
* Smart and professional in appearance
* Available for weekend working on a rota basis
* Committed to continued learning and development
