Subject to formal establishment, a vacancy may arise for a Warrant Officer (RAF Police) to serve as WO Ops at RAF Honington on Additional Duties Commitment (180) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 04 May 2026 (or earlier/later, subject to formal establishment and candidate status). This post is subject to funding approval. The Air Security Force (ASF) mission is to secure and protect the Air and Space missions, capabilities and people through the delivery of counter threats, police and protective security effects. The role of WO Ops within No 4 (RAuxAF) Police & Sy Wg HQ is to lead on RAF Police operational activity for RAF Police reservists serving throughout the UK and NI. Responsible for delivering SQEP volunteers to augment the ASF in the UK and overseas, the post holder will have line management responsibilities, provide SME support to Sqn Ops staffs and work collaboratively with ASF A3 Ops to support Programme Griffin 30 projects.
