Are you an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer, seeking a new role with one of the country's leading Mechanical & Electrical services contractors?
My client has an immediate requirement for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join their Plymouth based team on a permanent basis.
The Successful applicant will support the existing team to deliver PPM & Reactive works throughout the region.
Duties
To undertake the maintenance and repair of the Gas Plant, including fabric & basic electrical tasks of buildings as required
Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports
Ensure all certification is correctly completed and remedial works clearly identified
To complete all tasks using hand-held technology effectively
Assist other team members when required or as directed from Supervisor or Contract Manager
All duties carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required
To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as requiredQualifications
The successful applicant will be qualified to City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline
