Overtime offered
Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the speciality section Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes
Ensuring the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards Managing and training any Commis Chefs working with you
Overseeing kitchen operations, including stock control and inventory Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
Proven experience in a similar role within a reputable establishment Strong culinary skills and a passion for food
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Excellent leadership and communication skills for Sous Chef roles
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
