DATA ADMINISTRATOR
A fantastic opportunity for a self-driven Data Analyst to take ownership of the reporting, data and process function within a forward-thinking strategy team. Reporting to the Head of Analytics & Resourcing, you’ll join a group of systems-minded, creative problem-solvers who value clarity, structure and innovation. Data Administrator Role
* Building, developing, and designing new reports and dashboards
* Creating and maintaining complex Excel macros and automations
* Safeguarding the integrity and accuracy of all reporting tools
* Spotting patterns and identifying opportunities to improve systems and workflows
* Taking ownership of data processes as the dedicated data expert
* Importing, exporting, and maintaining data in Excel and Google Sheets
* Building and using advanced Excel formulas for data organisation and analysis
* Updating and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, many with macros
* Managing and maintaining an accurate employee directory
* Communicating with salon managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely reporting
Data Administrator Essentials
* Having 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Applying strong problem-solving ability through both creative and systems thinking
* Showing high emotional intelligence and clear, professional communication
* Working independently while managing competing priorities effectively
* Confidently using Excel (including macros), Google Sheets, and common data platforms
