Location: Cranwell Village, Lincolnshire
Working within the family home, local community and occasionally further afield.
Hours: A minimum of 2x 30hr posts needed plus bank. Permanent shifts to include 1 x 24hr shift, 10am to 10am and1 x 6 hour shift, 9am to 3pm per week on sailing days only. On non-sailing days the shift will be 10am-4pm or 12pm-6pm. Bank hours various (24 hour shifts 10am to 10am, 6 hour shifts 9am to 3pm, Mon-Sun andflexibility required to support holidays, absence of the current team, and activities).
Pay:
£14.06 per hour, Monday - Friday Days
£15.83 per hour, Weekends and Bank Holiday Days
£NLW (Currently £12.71 per hour for age 21+), Sleeping Nights
