Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities
1. As a Customer Service Officer you will respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
2. Providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
3. Accurately processing information and maintaining internal systems
4. Liaising with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
5. Always ensuring a high standard of customer service
Requirements
6. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
8. Strong attention to detail and high levels of organisation
9. Competent computer and analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
10. Geographical knowledge of NI is essential
11. Own transport would be an advantage due to the location
