Advanced Clinical Practitioner (MSc) | Doncaster
Opportunity for an ACP to join our expanding team of Clinicians!
* Contract: Permanent
* Salary: £27.49 to £30.63 an hour. Additionally, upon appointment, this role will attract a Golden Hello of £2,500, dependent on contracted hours. This is paid in installments: half after 3 months and the remaining half after 6 months.
Main duties of the role
The post holder will work across various areas including the Urgent Treatment Centre, the Same Day Health Centre, the ECP home visiting service, and the OOH triage services.
The role involves diagnosing, planning, and implementing evidence-based care programs, re-evaluating and adjusting treatment plans as needed, and ensuring interventions follow best practice guidance. You will utilize advanced skills appropriate to the role and maintain clinical competencies in line with the framework for advanced clinical practice.
