Turbo Driving is looking for a driven and commercially focused Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a full 360 role, ideal for someone who thrives on business development, enjoys building relationships, and knows how to close deals.
Clear progression into management, with the opportunity to lead a team and manage large blue-chip client accounts once your desk is established.
What Youll Be Doing
* Managing a full 360 recruitment desk specialising in temporary hires
* Winning new business and developing long-term client partnerships
* Growing and managing existing client accounts
* Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
* Writing and posting job adverts
* Interviewing and assessing candidates
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy to placement
* Visiting new clients to promote services
* Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
* Working towards and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
What Were Looking For
* Minimum 1 years experience in a 360-recruitment role
* Experience within driving recruitment (preferred)
* Proven track record in business development and desk growth
* Strong sales ability with a commercial mindset
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
* Comfortable using CRM systems, job boards, and recruitment tools
* Willing to be on-call on a rota basis
