Job Duties and Responsibilities:
On a daily basis, as a Front-End Developer you will be responsible for helping to
design, develop, and debug Intersoft's front end to the coding standards defined by the Technical Development Manager as well as helping to improve these standards and processes.
* Liaising with BA's and product owners to create user stories
* Liaising with BA's and PM's to provide development impact on new work
* Liaising with the test team to ensure changes are robust and to specification
* Managing your JIRA queue of bugs and tasks
* Liaising with Lead Front-End Dev, BA's, CTO, Dev Leads, and product owners to produce:
o Front end aspects of user stories
o Wireframes
o User workflows
o Sitemaps
o Storyboards and concept diagrams
* Impart Front-End
knowledge and experience with the team
* Enforce best practice Front-End solutions
* Be involved in UAT to ensure Front-End is per design
* Setup and configuration of new customer implementations on our core product
* Assisting support with live customer issues

Expected experience & skills:
* Experience of developing websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks
* Experience of source control and branching ideally Azure Git or GitHub
* 4 years or more Front-End Development experience
* Experience of JavaScript Front-End Frameworks
* Proven experience working from wireframe designs
* Understands accessibility requirements and practices
* Agile environment knowledge and experience
* Experience of Front-End security practices
* Have worked directly with BAs, developers, POs and other roles in a multi-disciplinary team
* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
* An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ambitious attitude to work
* Great team working ethos
* Highly organised approach to work
Beneficial skills:
* Previous work experience within the logistics industry
* Experience with Axure, Miro, and Visio
* Experience of web technologies i.e., MVC, Web APIs, REST and XML/JSON services
* Proven experience with wireframe design and prototyping
* Experience in UX Research, UX Architecture
* Understanding of UX process and methods
