Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
* Bring smiles, support, and independence to people in their own homes.
* Assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, and companionship.
* Travel around Swadlincote like the local hero you are (fuel allowance included!).
* Work flexible shifts – typically 35+ hours, including one weekend on, one weekend off.
* Enjoy plenty of tea, good company, and heartwarming stories along the way.

What We Need from You:
* A full UK driving licence (teleportation isn’t available… yet!).
* A kind, caring nature – if you love a good chat and a cuppa, you’ll fit right in!
* Availability to work a mix of early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends.
* A can-do attitude – whether it’s helping someone get dressed or sharing a laugh to brighten their day.

Competitive Pay:
Unqualified carers earn from £12.65–£19.28 per hour on weekdays and £13.00–£19.80 per hour at weekends.
Qualified carers (Level 2+) earn £13.10–£19.95 per hour on weekdays and £14.00–£21.30 per hour at weekends.
