Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the conveyancing process by providing administrative assistance and ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently. This position requires strong organisational skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
The job role includes:
* Answering telephones
* Dealing with clients face to face
* Dictation
* Working closely with fee earners and other secretaries
* Managing Fee Earner's Diary and making appointments
* General administrative work as required
Candidates must have experience in Conveyancing. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
The position is part-time for 28 hours to be worked 4 days a week, 9.00am to 5.00pm with an hour lunch break between 1.00pm and 2.00pm.
The candidate must have passed GCSE or equivalent English.
