This Surveyor will report to the Connection Services Team Leader and will work within Network Operations based in our Guildford and Croydon offices. You will be a permanent employee.
You will attract a salary of £41,507 per annum and a bonus of 3%.

Job Purpose:
Surveyors visit customers at their premises to provide surveys/ quotations and advice. You will ensure that high levels of service are delivered to customers in a cost-effective manner, thereby ensuring that accurate quotations are delivered to customers within the guaranteed standards timescales.
Principal Accountabilities:
To provide excellent customer service by exceeding expectations regarding quality of service and information provided.
10. Make and keep appointments with customers
11. Provide a detailed drawing and quotation on site for single/ three phase services,
12. (up to 4 properties <70KVA)
13. Explain to the customer the work content which UK Power Networks provide within the quoted price
14. Discuss, advise and document the work to be carried out by the customer
15. Liaise with the Small Services team, including the quotation and Scheduling units, Delivery teams and Contractors, where applicable, to ensure that the work is completed to time and budget
16. Resolve any complaints on site with customers
17. Ensure 100% compliance
Nature and Scope:
Small Services, is positioned within Networks operations, and is managed by the Director of Network Operations. A surveyor reports directly to the Connection Services Team Leader, who reports to the Connection Services Manager who reports to the Head of Connection Services, Highway Services & Disconnections
