Salary
£35,000 - £45,000 DOE. Plus plenty of overtime paid at 1.5x rate.
Location
UK-wide travel required.
Job Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineers to join a growing team delivering commercial AC installation projects across the UK. The successful candidate will have proven experience completing installations from inception through to completion and be confident working on a range of systems including VRV, VRF, split, and multi‑split units. This role involves working away regularly and operating within teams of up to 6 engineers on large‑scale installation projects.
Role Responsibilities
* Full AC installations from inception to completion.
* Installation of VRV, VRF, split, and multi‑split systems.
* Work on commercial installation projects.
* Installation and commissioning support on AHU systems.
* Working effectively within teams of up to 6 engineers.
* Ensuring work is completed safely and to industry standards.
* Maintaining high levels of workmanship and professionalism on‑site.
Candidate Requirements
Experience
* Previous air conditioning installation project experience.
* Strong background working with VRV systems, VRF systems, split systems, multi‑split systems, and AHUs.
* Previous relevant industry experience is essential.
* Experience working on commercial projects preferred.
* Ability and willingness to work away week in, week out.
Qualifications
* F‑Gas Certification.
* Level 2 Air Conditioning & Refrigeration qualification.
