This role is in support of Alcura, a Cencora business offering pharma and patient support services in Europe.
Location: Northampton, NN4 7PU
Days and Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
8 hours per day to be worked on rotational basis as required between the hours of 8:00am to 7:00pm - Monday to Friday.
Rate of Pay: £12.40 per hour
Job Purpose:
To be multifunctional within the warehouse/despatch environment.
Key Accountabilities
* To be available to work within shifts on a rotational basis as required between the hours of 8:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday.
* Carry out all assigned tasks and duties in strict accordance with issued procedures.
* Achieve agreed productivity levels in all tasks.
* To be familiar with the branch operation and fully understand each function and the importance of its purpose.
* Maintain a high standard of housekeeping throughout all areas.
* Meet all health and safety requirements
* Carry out any reasonable requests as determined by Branch Management.
Key Dimensions:
* No managerial responsibility.
* No influence of budget.
Key Working Relationships:
Regular liaison with Warehouse Manager, Supervisors, Warehouse Operatives and other employees within the Service Centre.
Level of Decision Making:
Required to act on own initiative and work unsupervised at times

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
Essential
* Good communication skills – both written and verbal
* High visual accuracy
* Basic Numeracy and Literacy
Desirable
* Knowledge of typical warehouse layout and control
* Health and Safety requirements within a warehouse environment
