As a rapidly growing independent healthcare service provider, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment and Onboarding Co-Ordinator to join our HR team.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of both nurses and support staff.
You will play a key role in actively sourcing candidates, arranging screenings, knowledge assessments and interviews, and building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience of recruitment, ideally within the healthcare sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role will be office based in Swaffham (Mon-Fri), we will consider both full-time and part-time applications, the salary listed is for a full-time equivalent post.
Key duties will include:-
* Advertising vacancies and actively searching for candidates
* Managing recruitment via various sources; Indeed, LinkedIn, NSHI website
* Maintaining the recruitment status tracker to provide progress updates
* Delivery of regular reporting to the relevant department leads
* Liaising with candidates to understand their skills and motivations
* Liaising with key stakeholders to understand resourcing requirements
* Processing screenings and assessments
* Organising interviews
* Networking via social media in co-ordination with our internal Marketing team
* Building a pipeline and talent pool of nurses across the UK
* Issuing employment contracts and requesting all required onboarding documents
* Processing all new starter onboarding paperwork and verifying candidates' credentials meet company and client requirements
* Administrating DBS checks and performing checks on the NMC register
* Requesting and processing of references
* Ordering and issuing of new starter materials, including uniform, ID cards, etc.
* Liasing with IT, Health & Safety and Finance teams
* Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
