Job Title: Business Development Manager (Temporary) Location: Ofsted‑rated Good College in Tyne and Wear Contract Type: Temporary (Starting January 2026) Working Hours: 37 hours per week Rate: Competitive (PAYE, weekly) 12.07% holiday pay About the Role A well‑respected further education provider in Tyne and Wear is seeking a proactive and commercially‑driven Business Development Manager to support their business development team on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for driving growth, overseeing the college’s apprenticeship business development activity, and delivering on agreed KPIs. You will manage key relationships, develop and implement growth strategies, and work closely with internal teams to maximise opportunities within the local and regional skills marketplace.
