Work closely with the kitchen team to manage food production and minimise waste. Prepare meals for military personnel and hospitality functions. Assist the Sous Chef with shift planning and maintaining kitchen standards. Complete required training and follow all kitchen procedures.
Recognised culinary qualification, previous experience in a professional kitchen, food safety certification (or willingness to obtain), strong team player with good communication skills, and ability to pass DBS and security vetting (must have UK residency for the past 3 years) are required.
