Cleaning & Sanitising: Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing furniture, sanitising bathrooms
Bed Making & Linens: Changing bed sheets, replacing used towels, and ensuring fresh linens are always available.
Restocking: Replenishing toiletries, beverages, coffee/tea, and other guest supplies.
Guest Service: Responding to guest requests (extra pillows, towels) and answering basic questions professionally.
Maintenance Reporting: Identifying and reporting broken items, damages, or malfunctioning appliances (lights, TVs).
Public Area Upkeep: Cleaning hallways, stairways, and other guest-accessible spaces.
Carts & Supplies: Preparing and managing housekeeping carts with necessary linens and cleaning supplies.
