Are you an experienced Op-Ex manager within FMCG?
Do you have experience of successfully managing the continuous improvement of fast paced manufacturing sites?
Are you passionate about developing industrial processes?
MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading FMCG brand on the search for an Opex Manager. This is an interim role based in Preston.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data driven to define, develop and optimize a balanced and performing manufacturing footprint
* Develops the strategic plan at site level, also proposing footprint developments and optimization
* Drives integration program initiatives inside the sites, operating as facilitator
* Simplifies the link between sites and central functions
* Results driven. Acts on processes, systems, methods, guidelines and know-how management to achieve operational excellence
* Integrates new Industrial models
What We're Looking For:
* Extensive experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
* Proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
* Experience in multi-site coordination and cross-functional project management
* Strong background in cost control and financial analysis
* Exposure to strategic planning and organizational development.
* Degree in Engineering or Industrial Management - desirable
* Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management (PMP/Prince2), or similar
Salary – c70k + car + package
